Mutate IO Game Review

Mutate.io (mutatio should you choose) is a game for multiplayer that is similar to agar.io. Players are able to control small creatures can be fed, grow, mutate and use to attack opponents.
The game was created to participate in this jam, the Pygame Community New Years jam (theme change: mutation) The game was my attempt to make use of the jam to learn about networking and explore game development habits which I’m not used to (e.g. Global state).
At present, the only server available is the one I’m running at: 34.76.77.52, which I’ll probably be running until a few months following the release. The maximum number of simultaneous clients is allowed to be 10.
